Referee
Part-time and full time positions are available. Must be able to work weekends and evenings. Candidates will be required to voluntarily work for one shift, as a try out.
Qualifications
Qualifications include having strong verbal communication skills, an ability to work well with others and follow instructions. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and within short time constraints. Must be physically able to yell, run, stand for long hours and lift 30 lbs. MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE. Knowledge of paintball is REQUIRED. Certification (e.g. PTI or C4 Referee) is preferred.
| Duties will include, but not limited to the following: |

Enforcement of Bay Area Paintball rules & safety practices |

Service and assist players |
| • |
Referee games to ensure safe, fair play |

Keep staging area stocked and clean |
| • |
Maintain paintball equipment (e.g., fill air tanks, clean goggles, etc.) |

Maintain work, field and customer areas |
| • |
Service and clean rental equipment |
| • |
Coach individuals and groups by giving orientations & demonstrating techniques |

Ability to make decisions under pressure |

All referees must wear required Bay Area Paintball uniform, including necessary supplies (e.g., goggles, whistles, etc) |
Salaries & Benefits
Salary based on experience. Employees will receive discounts on use of the paintball facility and other perks.
